Last year this kid was playing Bishops XV, this year he has been drafted into the Stormers squad as a fullback.

You’ll notice him playing at flyhalf at schoolboy level. This along with his devastating speed, step and boot draws instant comparisons to Kurtley “bred” Beale. I expect to see this kid coming through for the Stormers as injuries start to take their toll on the flyhalves and fullbacks in the squad. Hopefully “The Programme” won’t do too much toll on his top-line speed.
